The outreach ministry of Greater Bellevue Baptist Church has taken the vision of Dr. Stephens to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ into foreign soil. Dr. Stephens was lead by the Spirit of God to establish this outreach ministry to bring deliverance to the bound, assurance to the down trodden, hope to the hopeless, and help to the helpless through the Word of God.
